YI QUAN

Yiquan is an internal martial arts system originated by Wang Xiang Zhai, it is considered fairly modern in being around 100 years old and is also commonly seen as an offshoot or derivative of Xing Yi Quan. Whilst the latter most definitely served as the foundation and mother art of Yiquan, it also developed its own unique flavour and practices which set it firmly apart as a separate art.

XING YI QUAN

Xing Yi Quan is one of the "big 3" internal martial arts (along with tai chi and ba gua) and known for its ferocity, directness and combative effectiveness. Like many Chinese Martial Arts the origins of the style are clouded in legend and stories. It is though highly likely to be a military background art and the major techniques are related to the spear.

LIU HE BA FA

Liuhebafa is one of the major internal martial art though considered rarer and difficult to find a qualified teacher. The system is very complex and detailed ( it includes high, low, fast, slow, hard, soft, open, close, spin, screw, etc). and includes several forms such as 66 techniques, dragon and tiger fight, Jade and river sword , playing wooden ball, pole and push hands.
