Training and Benefits

Training in Yiquan is hard, both mentally and physically. It is also extremely rewarding and if performed correctly under the right guidance it can reap incredible benefits that are reasonably fast to obtain and long lasting. Prolonged standing postures provide the framework and foundation for deep change within the body which is then reprogrammed to move and explode in a very unique fashion. Deep muscle tissue, tendons and ligaments are developed along with specific movement patterns.
